Today, I came across a list of tips for those that make the daily NYC commute. These include: smiling at the crankiest looking person within eyeshot, leaving Post-It notes with the word ‘SMILE‘ or the phrase ‘have an AWESOME day’ written on it or even eavesdrop on conversation.
