Turning Stone Resort Championship!

The world’s top PGA TOUR players will be drawn to Central New York this beautiful fall for the Oneida Indian Nation’s inaugural Turning Stone Resort Championship at our nationally-acclaimed Atunyote Golf Club, September 17-23, 2007.

We are most proud that this new Fall Series entry is the first regularly-scheduled PGA TOUR event on American Indian lands. Our partnership with the PGA TOUR, a six-year hosting commitment, and the $6 million purse (with more than $1 million to the tournament champion) will make this one of the professional golfing calendar’s premier events. TOUR players will be attracted by the spectacular venue, created by famed designer Tom Fazio. Atunyote Golf Club has been honored by several prestigious publications, including Robb Report, Travel and Leisure Golf, Golfweek and Golf Magazine.

Our Lodge at Turning Stone recently was named the 2007 Condé Nast Johansens “Most Excellent Resort” award winner in the United States and Canada. All four rounds of the tournament will be televised by The Golf Channel, which reaches more than 60 million homes. An exciting week of events is planned to complement the many attractions of this region during one of its prettiest seasons.

We look forward to being with you at the fabulous PGA TOUR event at Atunyote Golf Club, September 17-23.
