Shut Up and Smile™ is not about simply telling people ‘life is good’, it’s about letting people know ‘life can be better’ once they choose not to play the professional victim card.


What is Shut Up and Smile? That is a question a lot of people ask. So here is the answer.

The concept for the Shut Up and Smile™ lifestyle, apparel and products was inspired by my own personal frustration. I’d turn on the nightly news to hear an increasing number of helpless victim stories. I am not talking about people with “real” life altering problems. I am referring to chronic complainers.

So many people seem to want to deflect blame. Kids tell teachers that the dog ate the homework. The car dies so we blame the mechanic, or it rains during our vacation so it must be the travel agent’s fault. We elect the wrong politicians and then blame the government for our problems. The list is endless.

The Shut Up and Smile™ brand is an emotional outlet for individuals sometimes forced to suffer at the hands of chronic complainers. A positive reminder that we can always swap the scowls for smiles. The mission: Encourage chronic whiners to stop feeling sorry for themselves
